Thursday 15th July saw an early start to the weekend’s golf and the third installment of the Barracuda Series Tournament. With a slight breeze in the air conditions out on the course were made a little more manageable in the summer evening heat. Despite the heat, the final scoreboard did not disappoint with all the winners carding impressive scores. Blair Smiths score of 8 points on the last 3 holes were enough to pip Lee Wilde into second place after a card playoff as both players carded an impressive 19 stableford points. After knocking on the podium door for the last couple of weeks Derek Fisher finally made it into the prizes in 3rd place after carding a solid 18 points.
