With varying formats each week the Floodlit Challenge is always great fun and gives the competitors the opportunity to try their luck against the Al Hamra Professional team. Every now and then the Pro’s throw in a fun challenge week and the 24th of Feb was one of the most challenging to date. The Pro’s Challenge saw the Pro team hand pick some of the most evil pin positions the course could offer with tee positions to match. This did not deter the team of Tony Gibney, Phil and Karen Mallinson who played some majestic golf in the scramble format to claim the winners spot closely followed by George Ward, Ivan, Sharon and Byron Kraemer in second and Craig McGuire, Ken Shaw, Cindy and Donnie Rials in third.
