Tonight’s floodlit challenge saw a full field of competitors pack onto the course, all paired up hoping to pick up one of the night’s top prizes. With the annual Greg Smith Macmillan Cup the following day it was a good chance for competitors to practice their team spirit in the betterball format. Tonight saw the return of team Handsel as Rick and Lori picked up the evenings top prize with a great betterball score of 24 points. This was only just enough to beat runners-up Rae and Angelo Kondes on a card play-off as they too carded a great score of 24 points. In third place, 3 points behind the winners were the duo of Annie Robin and Dessina Diego as they managed to put together a score of 21 points. The two Nearest the Pin prizes were picked up by Rick Handsel on Hole 4 and Milan Novak on Hole 7. There were two two’s tonight which meant that Milan Novak and Rick Handsel picked up a handsome 130 DHS each.
