Tonight’s Floodlit challenge was the first of the summer season and following an extremely busy winter season golfers were still keen to continue to compete. The format for tonight was individual stableford and as competitors began to tee of the uncomfortable humid weather crept in. As the cards began to come in there was a very popular score of 16 points coming up time and time again. This resulted in a 4 person card play-off for the top two prize winning spots between Ma Li Min, Mike Smith, Otto Hoefer and Darryl Manuel as all finished with a score of 16 points. With an impressive back 6 score Ma Li Min took the top spot finishing just one point better than Mike Smith who had to settle for second. There was only one nearest the pin prize which went to Mike Smith on Hole No.4 as nobody managed to hit the 7th green. There were no two’s tonight which means a massive 280 DHS will be rolled over to next week.
