Al Hamra Golf Club, a stunning 18-hole championship

This Par 72 course, stretching 7,400 yards with five tee options per hole, masterfully incorporates four interconnected open water lagoons, blending seamlessly with the Arabian Gulf. Its design offers an enjoyable and interesting challenge suitable for golfers of all skill levels, from novices to accomplished players. In 2022, Al Hamra Golf Club significantly elevated its profile by becoming an official DP World Tour venue, hosting the inaugural Ras Al Khaimah Championship and the subsequent Ras Al Khaimah Classic. These events garnered widespread player acclaim for the golf course's exceptional condition, cementing the club's reputation.

This success led to the re-inclusion of the Tour Rak Championship in the year 2023, 2024 and 2025 with expectations for continued top-tier involvement in the future. Beyond the DP World Tour, Al Hamra Golf Club boasts a rich history of hosting prestigious events. It previously welcomed the European Challenge Tour for three consecutive years from 2016 to 2018, culminating in hosting the Ras Al Khaimah Challenge Tour Grand Final. Notably, even amidst its back-to-back DP World Tour commitments in 2022, the club successfully staged The Hero MotoCorp Ras Al Khaimah Team Challenge, an exciting televised exhibition event.

DP World Tour Host Venue to the Ras Al Khaimah Championship, Al Hamra Golf Club prides itself with organising and hosting world-class Golf Tournaments attended by the most recognised golfers around the world. Our 18-Hole Championship Golf Course is complimented by the spectacular scenery of Al Hamra Marina and offers premium night golf facilities on our additional 9 hole course designed by Peter Harradine.

Night Golf

With the region’s short daylight hours, Al Hamra Golf Club uses the latest zero pollution floodlights to offer golfers the ability to play into the night. Using a combination of the front nine and back nine championship course, a composite 9-hole course is created, providing the perfect option for the business person after work or for the true golf enthusiast who just can’t get enough. Either way, golf under the stars should be a must-try experience for all.

    The Junior Development Program will allow junior golfers to enhance their skills and set them on the right path to becoming better golfers. The program is suited for all abilities and will allow them to learn the great game of golf. The Junior Program allows golfers to learn all aspects of the game that they can take with them on the golf course and the Major Champions program.

  • Individual tuition is the best way to help you improve your skills. During the one-to-one sessions, PGA Teaching Professionals will take you through a step by step process to help you play better golf. Private Instruction also includes Video Analysis and Ball Flight Data from the Foresight GC Quad Launch Monitor.

    Depending on your goal, PGA Teaching Professional’s offer a variety of options from individual player development and will depend on how frequently you wish to have tuition. Each package can be tailored to your individual needs.
